1. About the service
RT TOOLS WEB is a web panel with tools for working on X, accompanied by a companion Google Chrome extension. The service provides workflow features for X and depends on the browser, the extension and third-party services.
2. Subscription and access
Plans, prices, billing periods and included features are those shown at checkout. Access is provided after payment confirmation and license activation, according to the purchased plan.
3. Responsible use
Customers are responsible for using the tool lawfully and for following the rules that apply to the platforms they use. RT Tools cannot guarantee the availability or behavior of third-party services outside its control.
4. Account and security
Customers must protect their account information and must not share a license in a way that conflicts with the purchased plan. Access may be suspended for suspected fraud, abuse, terms violations or security risks.
5. Liability
The service is provided subject to availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API or interface changes, blocks, limitations or decisions made by third-party platforms.
6. Cancellation
Customers may cancel subscription renewal through the available support or account channels. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the plan rules and does not automatically reverse charges already processed. In the Web Panel, cancellation can be managed under License through the Stripe portal. It takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with access continuing until that date.
7. Changes
We may update the service and these terms to reflect operational, technical or legal changes. The version applicable to a purchase is identified at acceptance.
